What is included in the Individual plan?
Everything you need to run a focused sales day — daily prioritised action list, Gmail and Google Calendar or Outlook and Teams signal reading, HubSpot CRM sync, and AI meeting summaries. No add-ons, no usage limits.
How does Team pricing work?
Team pricing is based on the number of seats and your team's specific requirements. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal. Volume discounts apply from five seats.
Is there a free trial?
PrioFlow is in controlled early access. We are onboarding a small group of founding members rather than offering a self-serve trial. Book a demo and we will walk you through the product on your own pipeline.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the Individual plan. Cancel from your account settings at any time — your data is removed within 30 days.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing with a discount will be available at general availability. Early access members are billed monthly with no commitment.
Can I move from Individual to Team later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a Team plan at any time. Your history, integrations, and settings carry over — nothing needs to be set up again.
What happens to my price when early access ends?
Founding members will be offered the best available pricing when we move to general availability. We commit to giving you at least 60 days notice before anything changes.
Are integrations included or billed separately?
All integrations — Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Teams and HubSpot — are included in the plan. There are no per-integration fees.
